Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders from €550 (within the EU).
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout (depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method).

dispatch timing and priority handling,
combining or splitting shipments,
verifying address and contact details,
delivery to a home address, office, or pickup point (where supported by the carrier).

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed on business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, carrier workload, and seasonal factors.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel.

We work with reliable courier and postal services available in your country. Available options (courier / pickup point / postal delivery) are shown during checkout.

Customs & Taxes

Shipping is provided within the EU, so in most cases additional customs fees do not apply. If any special rules affect your order, we will advise you accordingly.

Address Changes

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request an address change — we’ll do our best to assist.
After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, changes may not be possible or may require extra fees according to the carrier’s rates.
